Managing Partner
Nick has over 25 years experience working in the communications industry. The majority of which has been spent working in some of the world’s biggest agency networks.
First at J.Walter Thompson, followed by McCann Erickson and more recently TBWA , where he was both Managing Director and Head of Planning in Manchester.
Nick has built up a formidable bank of experience in both launching and relaunching brands both in the UK and across Europe. Working with clients as big and as broad as Akzo Nobel Industries, Pernod Ricard, ghd, Cussons and the COI.
Nick is also something of a prolific writer on the subject of communications effectiveness, with his tally of IPA Effectiveness Awards running into double figures.
As both Managing Partner and Strategic Planning Partner, one of Nick’s responsibilities is to ensure that the principles of driven thinking live and breathe throughout everything the agency does.

Neil Griffiths
Client Service Partner
Neil has over 25 years experience working in the marketing and communication industry with a number of top UK creative agencies, in a variety of disciplines including advertising and through the line.
Prior to co-founding driven in 2008, Neil held the position of Chief Executive at BDH/TBWA.
Neil’s experience includes working with clients from a broad range of markets including consumer brands, business and particularly retail having worked with Comet, Focus DIY, Wickes, Coop Group, Britannia and Morrisons.

Chris Lear
Creative Partner
Chris is an award winning creative; highly experienced in the role of Creative Director, the position he held at BDH/TBWA before joining driven.
Having produced campaigns for household names such as AG Barr, Morrisons, Wickes, ghd, Orangina, Cussons and Pizza Express, Chris can quite happily tackle anything from consumer brand right through to high volume retail.
He has a great ability for thinking both strategically and creatively – the results of which means he consistently produces ideas which not only stand out, but work hard for the product. This creative approach brings the whole essence of driven to life – ideas that sell.

Graham Drury
Client Service Partner
Graham has an excellent track record in client service. He believes that clients deserve significant return on investment – a belief that is supported by the Grand Prix and Gold IPA Effectiveness awards he has to his name.
Graham has been responsible for a number of “firsts” in the communications world and is passionate about squeezing the maximum value from ideas.
He has worked with a host of national and international brands including Jameson Whiskey, Vimto, Chicago Town Pizza, Crown Paints, Tia Maria, Findus, Westland Horticulture, Sharp Electronics, Redrow Homes, Patak’s, Tidy Britain Group, Breville and Britannia Building Society.
Before co-founding driven in February 2008, Graham was Brand Director at TBWA Manchester.
